It is a busy role that works to an ad-hoc schedule and you need to have an adaptable personality that can multitask, prioritise and problem solve.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be accountable for all Board secretarial responsibilities, ensuring high standards of ethical conduct, corporate governance administration and practice. You will be required to coordinate and undertake a range of often complex or sensitive activities.

Your key accountabilities will be for:

  • Ensure corporate governance obligations are met
  • Support and coordinate Board activities and events
  • Support the CEO and Executive team in meeting the Board's expectations
  • Liaise with key external stakeholders,
  • Manage governance processes and systems for effective Board Management and strategic success
This position is a short term contract full-time hours until end of September.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking candidates that have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Legal, Administrative, or Public Administration
  • Experience in the coordination of Board and CEO activities and good governance practice
  • Experience in working with MS Office, desirable
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in working and managing secretarial responsibilities. You will have sound knowledge and be able to demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct. With an eye for detail, you will be highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.
