Collinsville is looking for self-motivated individuals who are committed to developing a culture driven by safety, quality and continuous improvement to join the CHPP team at Collinsville. Reporting to the CHPP Supervisor working a 7/7 continuous roster. As a key member of the CHPP team, you will be responsible for executing safe electrical practices, group isolations, efficient & cost effective maintenance, preventive diagnosis and repair of electrical equipment. You will demonstrate your ability to perform the full range of maintenance tasks whilst maximising production output to achieve availability and reliability targets in a dynamic and changing environment. To be successful for this position, you will be trade qualified and hold an electrical licence, preferable with proven experience in a fixed processing plant and have a positive attitude to continuous improvement. Your strengths will include demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance, knowledge of Australian Standards and complex isolation procedures and practices. Highly desired skills include HV switching and maintenance and instrumentation knowledge. You will have a proactive attitude to safety, a strong work ethic, and leadership capability. Working closely with a highly motivated maintenance team, flexibility and excellent teamwork skills will be essential for your success in this role.
