About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to commence at Hail Creek. Successful candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years Supervising experience for both civil and mining projects

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Commit to a 7/7 roster

  • Pre-start checks

  • Daily running of crew

  • Daily running of civil project on site

  • Follow company policies and procedures


  • S1, S2, S3 Required

  • G2 Required

  • Trainer Assessor is an advantage but not a must

  • 2 Years Experience supervising

  • Computer Knowledge is an advantage

  • Drivers Licence

  • Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)

  • Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)


  • Camp and meals provided

  • 7/7 roster, day shift only

  • Ongoing opportunities
