About the Role:

Workpac are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to contribute to the mine operations department for our client?s Bowen Basin Mine operations.

This role will report to the Production Coal Manager. This is a Monday to Friday, casual on going, residential role in Blackwater. Prior experience in an administration role within the mining industry is essential.

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

About You:

  • Previous site admin experience ? minimum 6 months mine experience

  • Excellent SAP experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong administration skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent time management skills

  • High organisation skills and excellent attention to detail

Pre-Requisites for this position include:

  • Current Standard 11 Induction

  • Current Coal Board Medical - conducted within 2 years

  • Current Driver's Licence

  • Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment

  • Sound Work History
