The Townsville office, of this independently owned company, prides itself on property management and customer service. Due to holiday leave, an experienced Property Manager is required temporarily.
Your new role
This varied role is a combination of customer service, administration and property management.
Portfolio management of 84 properties would include be not be limited to the following duties: .
- Routine inspections
- Data entry of reports and sending to owners
- Management of emails and coordinating responses
- Coordination of maintenance
- Key handouts and records
- Tidying up after routine inspections
- Follow up maintenance after the Christmas period
- General administration/Reception
This role will commence 05/12/19 for various days until 20/12/19. Exact hours/days will be discussed upon shortlisting.
Critical to your success will be a proven track record in property management and the encompassment of the following skills:
Experience in a real estate/property management role
Experience using 'PropertyMe'
Accurate data entry skills
Great customer and tenant service
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook Skill
Experience in preparing and proof reading documents, including spelling and grammar
A friendly, professional, proactive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and productively
