Your new role
As the Assistant Finance Officer, your duties will include;

  • High volume accounts payable
  • Process invoices
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • use of SAP
  • Data enrichment and integrity

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this position, you must possess the following technical skills and personal attributes;
  • Experience in a fast paced administrative role with a finance background
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite - including Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience processing high volumes of invoices
  • Immediate availability
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Hardworking and able to work in a high energy team
