About the opportunity Working as a community clinical manager you will lead, motivate & develop your clinical team ensuring that a high level of person-centred clinical care is provided to clients within the Townsville & surrounding areas. Utilising your excellent communication & management skills, you will provide overall clinical guidance & advice to clients surrounding their clinical care, conducting in home client assessments ensuring care, lifestyle & needs are met & maintained within package & organisational guidelines, ensuring compliance indicators are met at all times. Having previous experience with the training & development of clinical team members, you will be a collaborative leader with the ability to recognise areas for improvements/educational opportunities for your team. Duties
  • Provide clinical care & advice to clients within the community
  • Undertaking client assessments
  • Accurate completion of relevant documentation
  • Review & update client documentation
  • Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
  • Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
Skills and Experience
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience working within a similar role within the community
  • Understanding of client care packages
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Flexibility to travel within a geographical region
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
