A large project development company aiming to implement the best practices for agriculture such as technology and operations.
Your new role
The role will see you managing accounting functions, payroll and maintaining the general ledger. You will assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial accounts and reports to shareholders as well as for Board of Director meetings. You will also liaise with auditors and tax consultants with tax planning and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
As well as having the relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a collaborative, hands-on team.
You will have recent experience in either public practice or commercial accounting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
CPA or CA qualification is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will be in the contract for 9-12 months and gain exposure to a developing industry and experience in the commercial accounting sector.
